Why the different language

We live in a global world with some global words and a global veil over what more and more seem to be "only" a birthday party.
Does this mean that this Birthday party is candidating in this years election?
Will it be food on the table and beverage?
Y!
Will it be a three course meal?
N!
the only thing I can say for now is that it got layers, like an Ogre, and everybody loves Ogre.
